What do these characters have in common?
Since the
earliest days of the Christian Faith there have been
deceivers, presenting different gospels, with a different
Jesus, calling themselves "Christian". In the
past, most Churches recognized the error and labeled them as
"cult" groups to be avoided. These cults were obvious to
all, and outside of the Church. But now
in recent years, an even more serious danger has come upon
the Church. Heretical teachings are being presented within
the Church from pulpits, books, and "Christian" TV. Now,
instead of being identified and avoided, they are being
embraced! This fast
moving two hour video exposes the old dangers and the new
ones, using the Bible's warnings. There are six, clear
Scriptural markers for the counterfeiters of Christianity.
We have been forewarned! Don't miss
this new exciting and informative video. The MacGregors have
spent a quarter century studying such groups and present
this message in a clear and unmistakeable
manner. (This 2
hour video is laid out in several sections to fit the
time-frame constraints of study
groups) Comments
from viewers.... This
video is a wonderful tool and a great addition to the
countercult arsenal. It is divided into four segments
of approximately 30 minutes each. It is excellent for
personal study, group study, a Sunday school class, or
church viewing as a series. It spans the older
mainline cults chronologically and investigates current
Word-Faith aberrations. It deals
with cult leaders, cultic views of Jesus and the Bible,
false prophecies, and peripheral doctrines. In this
day and age, we need to know what marks cults. The
MacGregors provide not only written documentation, but also
provide select audio and video segments to let the viewers
hear the shocking words of these cult leaders.
Scriptural references, as well, are plentiful to help us see
how far off the biblical mark the heretics
go. Many,
many hours of primary research have been invested into this
production, saving us the laborious work of digging.
Not only is this a great primer for new Christians, but to
all to alert them to fact that the master counterfeiter
(Satan) is hard at work. Pastor Richard
